Parham Airfield Museum

The 390th Bomb Group Memorial Air Museum, housed in the original control tower and other period buildings, pays tribute to the 740 servicemen killed or 'missing in action' from Parham Airfield and the further 754 who were taken as prisoners of war.

Parham Airfield Museum also houses the Museum of the British Resistance Organisation, dedicated to the men and women who served in the various sections of the Auxiliary Units during World War Two.

Open Sundays from the first Sunday in April to the last Sunday in October from 11am to 5pm. During June, July, August and September we are also open on Wednesdays from 11am to 4pm.

The museum is signposted from the A140. The museum is 17 miles south of Norwich and 26 miles north of Ipswich. Turn off the A140 at the Dickleburgh bypass to Thorpe Abbots.
